Sound is a powerful complementary medicine. Private sound sessions are shaped by you and can include a sound bath, gong bath, and the addition of a full Reiki session. Book a 60 minute session for a deep meditative sound bath, or, if you are looking to do some more in-depth, or specific work, book a 90 minute session which consists of a 45 minute Reiki healing followed by a sound bath with the addition of formulating an action plan for at home self care. The 90 minute session may include direct sonic massage, where bowls are placed directly on the body, and vocal toning exercises.

Private one-on-one sessions are at my home on Goosepecker Ridge Road in Montville. I am also available to travel to you for in-home sessions.
