Restorative Yoga and Sound Immersion
Saturday, September 19, 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Led by Morgan Dashko and Felicia Cinquegrana
Join us for a deeply relaxing evening of restorative yoga coupled with immersive sound, designed to release tension and invite greater ease into the mind, body, and spirit.
During this two-hour experience, you’ll settle into gentle, supported restorative poses while being immersed in the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, voice, and other instruments. Restorative yoga is a quiet, non-active practice in which comfortable, ground-based poses are held for several minutes at a time. Rather than stretching or striving, the focus is on support, stillness, and ease—encouraging the parasympathetic nervous system to engage and helping the body shift toward deep rest.
We’ll begin with a short sound meditation before moving through a series of restorative poses accompanied by periods of sound and silence. The evening will culminate in an extended immersive sound bath, followed by a final silent meditation—leaving you feeling grounded, rested, and restored.
Cost: $33 per person
